If you are a leader in a local church responsible for training, thank you for using the resources offered by the North Alabama Conference! We are happy to partner with you in ministry, and hope that these resources are useful as you equip your congregation.

Church Course Status Report

Our online learning management system includes a tool for church leaders to view the course completion status of students associated with their church. This tool provides up-to-date information about users enrolled in courses, including completion status and completion date.

Request Access to the Church Status Report Tool

To request access to the tool, email elearning@umcna.org with the name and email address of users who should have access to the church’s report. This email must come from either the church’s email address on file with the Conference, or from the email address of a clergyperson currently appointed to the church.

When emailing, please include the name and email address associated with the account of persons being added as contacts for the church.

Important Information about the Church Status Report Tool

  • Contacts provided for a church will have access to the completion status for all any courses in which a user associated with the church is enrolled.
  • Users listed are based on the district and church provided at registration. Users who need to update their district/church affiliation can do so here.
  • The church is responsible for notifying the Conference by emailing elearning@umcna.org about any changes to the church’s contacts.
