Thanks for your interest in setting up a course group through the North Alabama Conference’s eLearning system! The Groups tool allows you to invite multiple participants to complete a course together, and allows the leader of the group to track each participant’s progress through the course.

Before requesting a group, please note this important information:

  • Group members must accept an invitation to join a group. Members can be invited either using a link that is sent through your own email system, or by entering email addresses into the eLearning system which will send invitation emails to members.
  • Group members can be added after they have started a course and their progress to date will be visible in the group.
  • Groups must be related to a single course.
  • The person who submits this form will be set up as the group leader. To avoid delays, please only submit one request per church per group. By submitting this form, you affirm that you are an appropriate person from your church to be the group leader.
  • Additional group leaders can be added by the original group leader once the group is set up.
